The ARK 2.5H-A1 Lithium Battery from the manufacturer Growatt is a type of lithium accumulator with a nominal 2.56kWh and a unit voltage for this module of 51.2V. This 2.5H-A1 battery model works with both HV and XH sets of ARK batteries. Depending on the inverter they are to be installed with, a different BMS or controller is used.

The communications wiring with the inverter is also specific and a base or lower support is also required if we are going to install the batteries in the form of a tower supported on the ground.

The Growatt ARK 2.5H-A1 Lithium Battery is compatible with different models of Growatt inverters, both single-phase (MIN) and three-phase (MOD) from the XH range. Similarly, it can also work with SPH three-phase inverters that use high-voltage storage.

Its working voltage is high voltage, although a single module only offers 51.2V. The ARK HV range is made up of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10 modules like this one that are connected in series. This allows us to configure a battery between 7.6 and 25.6kWh of nominal capacity.

If we install this model in an ARK XH system we can have a flexible system with between 2 and 7 storage modules to have a storage capacity that ranges between 5.12 and 17.9kWh.

One of the great advantages of the Growatt ARK 2.5H-A1 Lithium Battery is that it can be installed in a stackable manner, without the need for any cabinet and without visible panels between the modules. You can start from an installation with the minimum number of modules and gradually expand depending on our needs.

It will only be necessary to take into account that the inverter is compatible with the extensions and with the total number of modules of the battery bank. The installation of more battery modules also varies the maximum output power of the set, as well as the peak power, which is twice the nominal output power.
