The 54A lithium battery only uses 4 3.2V and 50Ah Class A prismatic cells so the energy is more balanced

This lithium iron phosphate battery can be optimally controlled thanks to the integrated battery management system (BMS) and Bluetooth connection. Additionally, the safety of the Ultimatron battery is significantly increased compared to batteries without BMS.

Unlike conventional lead batteries, it not only has a lower weight and a significantly higher number of cycles, but due to the Peukert effect, which leads to a significantly lower capacity in lead batteries under higher loads, it also has a Noticeably higher available capacity especially with higher discharge flows. For the Ultimatron LiFePo4 battery, this means that draw currents between 0 and 50 A remain very consistent overall capacities.

Important information for the application:

• Only charge the battery with suitable chargers that can/can also charge lithium batteries. Contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, we recommend slightly lower values of 14.2 V absorption and 13.5 V maintenance voltage for this series of batteries.
• This battery can be connected in parallel or series with identical Ultimatron batteries (up to 48V). A series/parallel combination is not allowed.
• It is recommended to use a battery monitor to avoid undervoltages in any case. The Victron BatteryProtect or Victron BMV-7XX devices are suitable for this. Alternatively, it would also be possible to do without this if the inverter (such as Victron devices) has manually adjustable lower voltage limits.

Therefore, our recommendation is to use this battery in combination with Victron charge controllers and also with Victron inverters, such as the Smart Phoenix series or the Victron Multi Plus devices.
