MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) charge regulators obtain maximum performance from the solar panels, since by dividing the total power of the panels by the battery voltage the maximum charging intensity is achieved. MPPT regulators can be used with all types of panels, regardless of the voltage and number of cells, being essential for panels with 60 cells or more.

The SR-MT2410N10 MPPT charge controller has the following characteristics:

• Double ridge or multiple ridge tracking technique, used when part of the solar panel is shaded or parts of the panel are damaged
• Built-in maximum power point tracking algorithm to improve the energy utilization efficiency of the PV system. The charging efficiency is 15%~20% higher than PWM mode.
• It can find the best working point of I-V curve within 1 minute, MPPT efficiency reaching 99.9%.
• It adopts advanced digital power supply techniques which makes the power conversion efficiency up to 97%.
• It has four charging stages: MPPT-equalizing charging-boosting charging-floating charging.
• With current limiting charging mode, when the power of the solar panel is oversized, the controller will lower the charging power automatically, which allows the system to work under the rated charging current.
• It has the error code indication, which helps the user to confirm the rated charging current.
• It has various charging control methods, which can automatically recognize day and night.
