The AS1 series is designed for energy storage. The built-in lithium battery in AS1 can be expanded in capacity according to user demands, and the modular design makes it easy to install wiring. The AS1 series includes AS1-3KS-5.1, AS1-3KS-10.2, AS1-3KS-15.3, and AS1-3KS-20.4.

During the day, the electricity generated by the solar panels will be supplied to the consumption first, the surplus power will charge the battery, and then the excess electricity will be exported to the grid to improve the self-consumption rate.

At times when the price of energy is lower, the AS1 Battery can be charged with energy from the network and at times when the price is higher, the battery will serve to support domestic consumption. In case of mains failure, the battery will ensure that there is no cut in the load, achieving the function of UPS.

The SAJ AS1 3KS 5.1kWh Lithium Battery can be used independently or combined with the SAJ B1 5.1kWh Lithium Battery model to expand the battery capacity. One to three units of B1 can be connected to AS1 (maximum three units).

For it to work correctly, it is necessary that the installation be connected to the network and have the eSolar AIO3 sticks for cable communication or the eSolar 4G/GPRS stick for WiFi connection.

For the installation of the battery, it is recommended to install it indoors or in a protected area to avoid direct sunlight, rain and snow. The battery is prepared to be cooled naturally by the wind. The battery has a 5-year warranty and an optional 10-year warranty.
