Due to the production of glass fiber reinforced plastic, the rotor blades are very durable and stable, at the same time unusually light. The casing is made of aluminum, which ensures optimal cooling of the generator.
The maintenance-free (carbon-free) sliding contact ensures good current flow and therefore no twisting of the cable in the mast.
