Based on the oversized 210mm silicon wafer and PERC monocrystalline cell, the Vertex module features several innovative design features that enable a high power output of more than 500W. The excellent temperature coefficient and the performance of low irradiation translate into higher power. Additionally, Vertex benefits from square monocrystalline cells and high-density interconnect technology, increasing module efficiency up to 21.1%.

 

Integration of innovative technologies: Triple cut cells and MBB

Based on its advanced multi-busbar technology, Trina Solar's research and development team has introduced an innovative design that integrates advanced three-piece non-destructive cell cutting and high-density cell interconnection technologies. Triple cut technology outperforms the traditional half cut, as it solves the problems derived from the high current of the system and reduces the loss of power. The multi-busbar technology with the ability to increase light absorption, fits perfectly with the large surface cell. The integration of technology enables the Vertex to achieve higher power and power generation capacity per watt.
